Ted brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry, and he’s passionate about helping homeowners truly understand the value of their heating and cooling systems. Formerly the owner and operator of an HVAC business alongside his in-laws, Ted has built a career rooted in integrity, hard work, and a deep commitment to customer care.
A true family man, Ted and his beautiful wife are the proud parents of three daughters. Their love for the outdoors drew them to North Idaho, where they enjoy everything the region has to offer—from hiking and fishing to simply soaking in the natural beauty. Ted and his family are also active members of their church community, where they find connection and purpose.
Ted is known for his thoughtful approach, attention to detail, and genuine desire to match each homeowner with the right HVAC solutions that align with their priorities and budget. He doesn’t wait for opportunities—he creates them. Whether he’s explaining how a system works or helping a family find the perfect comfort solution, Ted brings energy, expertise, and heart to everything he does.
