I contacted Andy's based upon prior service experiences. They are reliable and dependable. This was a maintenance call but it will lead to a service upgrade.
Response from the owner:Thank you for your 5-star review!

I’m on an annual contract for $315 for biannual service checks covering both AC and furnace which is a stretch for a senior on fixed income. It may be a “fair” price for Andy ‘s service but there are just too many businesses/services/subscriptions/insurances/necessities of LIFE to keep up with that it would be nice for a bit of a discount for retired SENIORS. That said Lance was serviceman who did a great job servicing the AC unit and andweysevetal questions I had regarding thermostat function, fireplace remote and power outage operation, etc. He was courteous, provided “warning” phone call, friendly, polite, knowledgeable, respectful, and basically all you one could expect and ask for in a serviceman.
Response from the owner:Thank you, Jon, for your detailed feedback! We're glad to hear that Lance provided excellent service and addressed all your questions. We appreciate your input regarding discounts for seniors, and we’ll take that into consideration.

What Are Zone Control Systems?
