Austen was very prompt and professional. Great service! A/C went out on super hot and muggy summer day. So a co-worker referred me to Andy's and not the big company used by our our 50+ commercial properties. I called at 9am, A/C fixed by 11am. Austen did not try to upsell me, just fixed the issue, bad capacitor, and told me that it was all that was needed. Reasonable price, polite and professional results.

Why Are They Called Ductless Mini Splits? A wall-mount mini-split heating and air conditioning unit installed in a new house. A modern heat pump, this unit heats a house in winter and cools in the summer. This type of system eliminates ductwork which is a primary source of inefficiency in a conventional system making this about 30% more efficient. This particular unit has an eye sensor which pans the room looking for hot or cold spots and directs the airflow accordingly.
