I have been dealing with a furnace issue for about six months using another HVAC company. Finally called Andy’s and the sent out Tim Waller, one of their senior techs. Tim spent time explaining some issues that he felt the problem was and made the necessary adjustments. Looks like the furnace is running correctly now. Tim also spent some extra time programming the thermostat for wi-fi hook up. The other HVAC company had no idea how the thermostat worked.
I appreciate the work Tim did.

Just had my fall maintenance done on the furnace.
Tim Waller came back out and serviced the furnace. We also had him install an air scrubber. Hopefully that will keep the dust down in the house. Thanks Tim.
