Tim was thorough and discovered my Vivint thermostat was the culprit. We removed it, checked the batteries were in contact in it, replaced the thermostat, and things started working. We have A/C again!

Not going to ever call this business again. I called and Brook answered the phone, who was nice and professional, and who does their scheduling. But I was calling to schedule someone to look at my fireplace pilot light not staying lite. She said it would be 2 weeks before someone could come out to my home! She said we are booked because of the weather! Today is May 1, um, I was uncertain, so I asked if it was because it was hot or cold outside. She said they are busy with A/C calls. I’m not sure if it was because of where I lived (4 miles away) or my phone number, or the fact that is was my fireplace because I had to tell her my address FIRST BEFORE she would tell me a date. Something fishy going on behind the scene. I say that because I called this place last week and they said they could have someone out in 3 days. Unfortunately that didn’t work for my schedule so that is why I called back today. So just beware that this is going on before you call this business. Not good business practice, in my opinion.
