Today I had the pleasure of meeting Lance and Ted from Andy’s Heating and Air Conditioning Service. I called Andy’s to have my air conditioning and furnace serviced. Lance arrived promptly on time and explained what he would be checking and what concerns I would like him to address. Lance was very pleasant and helpful explaining what he would be checking. Since my air conditioning is powered by my furnace, Lance called his coworker Ted to come by to give me a idea of all information I would need to know about the furnace situation as it is a very old unit that came with the house originally. I was aware both had seen better days. They spent time explaining the condition and pricing to give me the choice of repairing or replacing. There knowledge and experience was very valuable. Their no pressure approach was a welcome addition to my decision for what to do. It was a privilege to have such experience and knowledge at hand with a representative pressuring you to make an immediate decision. Thank you.

Cole arrived on time. He was polite and went right to work. He found that my issue was not a mechanical problem but my filter was causing too much air flow restriction. He made a good recommendation then checked the rest of the system. Great experience. I will be using Andy’s again.

We love Andy’s H&C service! Our Tech, Lance was great, polite, informed us of issues or lack of them. Double checked a potential problem and took care of it! The office staff, Brooke is always so nice and prompt with call backs and information! Can’t say enough about them!
