WORK WITH AN HVAC COMPANY WHO CAN MEET YOUR NEEDS
WORK WITH HEATING AND COOLING EXPERTS WHO CAN MEET YOUR NEEDS
Andy’s Heating, Cooling and Electrical was established in 1972, and for the first few years, Andy Sr. was a one-man operation. Over the next 10 years, with the help of his wife Nancy, they established a reputation for quality service and eventually relocated the business to its current location on Government Way. Their son, Andy Jr. started working in the family business full time in 1995 and never looked back. He has since taken over operations and manages the company we’ve grown to love. Andy Sr. retired in 2008, but still shows up for coffee and around lunchtime almost daily. Andy’s Heating, Cooling and Electrical now has a showroom with over 65 gas, wood, and pellet stoves, fireplaces, and inserts. They’ve been a Town & Country Quadfra-Fire, Heat-N-Glo, and Heatilator dealer for over 20 years and offer 24-hour year-round emergency service and a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all work, service, and installations.

A REPUTABLE HVAC COMPANY GETS YOU COVERED UNDER WARRANTIES

Depending on the company you choose, the manufacturer of your HVAC system may pay for most or all of your annual maintenance fee. Home warranty companies also often offer coverage for hvac maintenance visits. When looking for an HVAC company, ask for referrals from friends and neighbors that you trust. You can also check with local trade associations for recommendations. You should avoid hiring a pro who requires payment upfront. That practice is a red flag that the contractor will take your money and not do the work. When you have problems with your heating or cooling equipment, you want a contractor who knows what they’re doing and can fix it quickly. The contractor should have a written guarantee on labor and parts that is in your favor. For example, if an HVAC company installs an HVAC unit that is too small for your space or doesn’t function to published specifications, you should receive a free replacement.
DIY fixes often result in duct leaks that waste conditioned air and strain vital components. It can also result in incorrect installation that causes the system to work harder than it should, leading to premature wear and tear and costly repairs. Most HVAC companies have warranties and can cover the cost of parts, labor, or even an entire new unit in the event that something goes wrong. This can save you a lot of money in the long run. The best way to avoid expensive HVAC repair costs is by having regular inspections and routine maintenance. This will help ensure that your heating and cooling system runs smoothly for years to come.

COVERED BY YEARS OF OUR EXPERIENCE

Many people assume they can perform HVAC maintenance tasks like changing filters, cleaning coils, and lubricating moving parts on their own. But these tasks aren’t easy and must be done on a monthly or seasonal basis to maintain optimum function. Licensed technicians have years of training and experience that they put to work on every job. That translates into accurate and reliable repairs that last. When a problem arises with your system, they can often spot it quickly and fix it before it becomes worse. That saves you the cost of replacing a part, and it also reduces the risk of another issue occurring in the future. A professional contractor can also help you save energy by pointing out ways to reduce your heating and cooling usage. That can add up to big savings on your utility bills in the long run. Plus, joining a service club gives you two precision system tuneups per year to catch minor issues before they become major headaches!

WHY YOU SHOULD WORK WITH A LICENSED HVAC COMPANY

If you’re looking for an HVAC technician to work on your home or business, be sure to check their references and licenses. Licensed contractors have worked on all kinds of systems and know how to fix them quickly and efficiently. Many HVAC companies offer annual or bi-annual maintenance plans, which can help you save money by fixing small problems before they become big ones.
